Away from the Riviera's turquoise coves, this pebble beach serves the city of Shkodër itself, a stretch of shoreline shaped more by Lake Shkodra and the Buna River than by the Adriatic. It hasn't picked up a single Google review yet, which says less about its quality than about who visits — locals cooling off after work rather than tour buses chasing sea views. Expect smooth stones underfoot rather than sand, mountain air off the surrounding hills, and a far quieter scene than anything on the coast.
