Not to be confused with the more famous Blue Eye of Sarandë, the Theth Blue Eye sits in the heart of the Albanian Alps, surrounded by limestone walls.

Tips

• Go early — the canyon gets shaded by 14:00.
• Don't swim deep; the underground spring keeps water at ~10 °C even in August.
• The trail passes a small café halfway — coffee and salted yogurt drinks.
