Azul by Havana

A path leads past the beach to Azul by Havana's Balinese-style pavilion, where the kitchen builds plates around a mango and bean sprout salad, shrimp with passion-fruit salsa, and a sea bream the waitstaff push hard enough that most tables order it. The sunset from here is the reason regulars book ahead, and staff — Miri, Visi, Daja and Enea get named individually in reviews — draw as much praise as the food does. One visitor did describe a bad batch of shrimp on an off day, but at 4.4 stars from 252 reviews the pattern runs strongly positive.
