Mount Dajti hike from Tirana — cable car up, walk down
The easiest mountain hike in Albania — take the Dajti cable car up from Tirana, hike one of three loops, lunch at the summit, return by car or on foot.

The cable car
Dajti Express runs from the eastern edge of Tirana to the summit area in 15 minutes. Year-round operation.
Trails
- Easy loop (3 km) through the pine forest.
- Moderate ridge walk (8 km) with city views.
- Full descent to Tirana on foot (4–5 h, 1,000 m down).
