Rruga Grunas

Rruga Grunas is the short walk out of Theth to Grunasi Canyon, where a waterfall drops into a narrow limestone gorge just far enough from the village to feel like an outing rather than a stroll. The path is rated moderate, with a bit of scrambling over rock near the falls themselves, but most of it follows an easy riverside track. It's often paired with the Blue Eye pool as a half-day loop out of Theth.
