7 (The Blue Eye)

Marked simply as route 7 on Theth's signposted trail network, this is the shorter, family-friendly way down to the village's Blue Eye pool, crossing a couple of wooden footbridges over the river en route. It skips the steepest sections of the main descent, which makes it the better pick with kids or limited time. The reward is the same cold turquoise pool, just reached with less effort and fewer complaints along the way.
