Plazhi i Akernisë sits on the Riviera coastline south of Vlorë, where the road first climbs into the hills that define the rest of the drive toward Himarë and Dhërmi. The shore here mixes sand and pebble rather than the fine white sand further south, and with no reviews logged yet, it remains one of the coastline's lesser-documented pockets. Expect a working beach rather than a styled one — locals more than tour groups, and open water without a beach bar staking claim to every metre of shade.
